Tie wire for the AT1000 is available in a range of formats including light, medium, heavy and twin-wire.
Each spool has a capacity of at least 3000 ties, thanks to its 400 meters of wire. Yet, it's compact! It fits into the dispenser, attached to the belt. The pouch, also on the belt, allows you to carry a second spool with you.
In total, that's 800 meters of wire at the professional's fingertips, equivalent to at least 6000 ties made.
SIMPLIFIED SPOOL REPLACEMENT
The spool, placed in its dispenser and attached to the carrying belt, holds the equivalent of at least 3000 ties. An additional spot has been designed in a pouch, also on the belt, to always have a second spool on hand. Just a few tens of seconds are enough to position a new spool in the dispenser and prime the machine.
Spools are packed 20 spools per carton and prices are for carton quantities.
All formats have a degradation time (lifespan) of 8-12 months.
