Designed for the purpose of disgorgement during the production of classical method champagne, the Atlas M and Muima aid in removing the crown cap and yeast, dosing with “liqueur d’expédition" and leveling with wine.
The Altas M operates in a manual way and can produce ~150 BPH. The semi-automatic Muima can produce ~300 BPH. Bottles are manually loaded and unloaded from the machines.
The Muima-TG is confiugred with a semi-automatic champagne corker and wire hooder.
