The G300 is a semi-automatic AISI304 stainless steel pneumatic wire hooder suitable for spinning the wire hood onto already corked glass bottles up to 14" tall and 4.5" wide. Wire hoods are manually distributed onto the cork of the bottle. Upon cycling the machine, the bottle rises until the cork/hood enters the brass centering cone. A spinning arm twists the wire hood down tightly onto the cork of the bottle. Spinning time is app 3 seconds.
The standard G300 is a bench top machine with optional wheeled base for out-of-the-way storage and pneumatic foot pedal for foot pedal activation. Air requirements: 4-6 bar / 4.1.-5.7Nl
