Mori's line of 4 and 6-spout gravity fillers are known around the world for their compact, easy-to-clean design. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, the fillers are availalble with a wide range of options. Basic features include benchtop or wheeled-base design with mechanical float and 1-1/2" input TC fitting. The filling spouts are quickly and easily dis-assemmbled for cleaning and and can all parts can be safely sterilized with steam.
Production rate = 120 liters/hour/filling spout
Reservoir volumes: 4-spout = ~50 liters
6-spout = ~70 liters

• Electrical control box with electronic level probes (instead of mechanical float) for controlling of feed pump
• Onboard flexible impeller pump

The Mori line of linear gravity fillers has gained acclaim worldwide because of their simplistic design and ease of cleaning. Made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel, the standard fillers are equipped with (4) or (6) 14mm articulated filling nozzles, mechanical float and 1-1/2″ stainless steel TC input fitting. The filling spouts can be removed and disassembled in seconds to facilitate proper cleaning. 375ml to 1.5L bottle sizes can be accommodated and bottle height and fill level adjustments are easily adjusted by simply adjusting the height of the bottle tray. All fillers are available in a table top version or on wheels for out-of-the-way storage
