Product Description
"Opale" are concrete tanks with a characteristic ovoid barrel shape which, combined with the porosity of the material, allows an evolution of the wines similar to that of wood without, however, any transfer of tannin. It also limits as much as possible surface oxidation and creates a temperature gradient inside the tank thanks to the convective motions created that slowly circulate the contents inside, achieving greater uniformity.
