The P35 is an electrically operated semi-automatic straight corker suitable for applying natural, synthetic and agglomerated corks.
When using the vacuum option while corking, an aphrometer should be used to ensure proper vacuum is achieved inside the headspace of the bottle. Input pressure of inert gas should be set at app 9-10 psi.
Follow the instructions that are included inside the provided operator's manual.
Machines can be wired for 110V or 220V single phase depending upon availability.

The P35 is a semi-automatic AISI304 stainless steel corker suitable for inserting 22-26mmm wide corks with a maximum length of 50mm, into glass bottles up to 14-3/4" tall. Standard features include corker vacuum, inert gas injection, hardened steel jaws, cork hopper for automatic loading of the cork, micro-switch for single-button operation and a base on wheels for out-of-the-way storage. Corking time is 1.8 seconds and operates on 110V and 220V single phase power.
