- Additional Information:
Rolly is Mori’s line of automatic mechanical grape sorters. Rolly incorporates two separate sections of rotating food-grade polyethylene rollers to quickly and gently extract MOG from the grape production line, eliminating the need for workers to hand-sort through incoming fruit. Rolly is designed to be used in conjunction with an existing destemmer. Position the Rolly beneath an existing destemmer to discharge from the destemmer directly onto the Rolly sorting table. Liquid drains through the initial set of rollers into a collection tank, while berries and MOG travel onward to the 2nd section of adjustable rollers, which can be quickly adjusted (with the provided roller spacing tool) in order to accomodate all grape varietals. While traveling across the 2nd section of rollers, berries fall through the rollers downward thru the crushing unit (if present), into a pump hopper or fermentation bin. Mog and other vegititave particles "dance" or "float" across the length of the table exiting the machine into a seperate collection vessel. Machines can be wired for single-phase or 3-phase power.
Rolly includes a stainless steel tilting frame, recovery bin with drainage grid, telescopic legs (with wheels), and an inverter for variable speed operation. Rolly is available in three sizes, with a production range of 4-20 TPH and is available with and without an onboard crushing unit. Rolly is designed to be used in conjunction with an existing destemmer and is also available in a combination Rolly+Dinamica machine called the D-Selector. Additionally, the Rolly 120 is available with a vibrating slide hopper to feed the sorter.
