Lafal's aluminum, powder coated ROTATABLE barrel racks (BOTTISTOP) provide increased barrel storage capacity by arranging barrels more efficiently than traditional fixed barrel racks. With BOTTISTOP, all barrels remain in place within the racks for the duration of the barrels useful life. All barrel tasks including topping-off, rinsing, cleaning, racking, sampling and rotating are performed while the barrels are in place on the racks. High strength fully encased rollers (wheels) enable barrels to be easily rotated, even when full and the rack's design provide for adequate headroom to perform all tasks while the barrels are in place. Additionally, each barrel is independent of all other barrels, which means that any barrel can be easily removed from anywhere within the stack by simply sliding the barrel out while all other barrels remain in place.
Bottistop can be configured in single-sided rows as well as double-sided rows, and thanks to the modular design, racks can be modified to efficiently fit in any room. Additional racks can be easily added to existing racks to increase barrel storage and barrels can be configured in a "flat" or pyramid shaped design. 225L can safely be stored up to (5) levels high, 300L barrels can be safely stacked up to 4 levels high and 500L barrels can be safely stacked up to 3 levels high.
