Roto-Jolly is the robust, automatic riddling machine (Giro-Pallet) designed to automatically perform the riddling phase of traditional method champagne production. Roto-Jolly is fully automatic and can be configured for single-cage, double-cage, triple-cage and quad-cage operations. Roto-Jolly comes complete with a PLC touchscreen control panel with (7) modifiable programs lasting from 83-169 hours (3.5 - 7 day duration) and is made completely of hot-dip galvanized steel for a long lifespan. Designed to be used with the Jolly-Co 6-sided riddling cages, a forklift is all that is needed to load and unload cages onto Roto-Jolly.
The single-cage Roto-Jolly Uno is available in two versions; the standard Roto-Jolly version, and the economy version Roto-Jolly "BASE". Standard Roto-Jolly incorporates safety panels and an exterior frame not found on the Roto-Jolly "base". Otherwise, both versions function in the same exact manner.
Roto-Jolly Uno is recommended for an annual production rate of 30,000 bottles.
Roto-Jolly Due is recommended for an annual production rate of 60,000 bottles.
Roto-Jolly Tre is recommended for an annual production rate of 90,000 bottles.
Roto-Jolly Quadra is recommended for an annual production rate of 100,000 bottles.
