The standard wire hook is used for shoot positioning beween pairs of foliage wires. Due to the absense of internal teeth, the clips can be quickly collected from the trellis wires at the end of the growing season for storge during the winter months. The standard wire hook has a lifespan of 2-3 years, will hold the wires approximately 3/4" apart and can be used on all wire sizes (gauges).
