IdroElectrika’s line of electric powered steam generators are the perfect solution for winemakers interested in using steam for the sanitization of tanks, filters, bottling lines, hoses and microfilters as well as for controlling Brettanomyces in oak barrels. All of Idroeletrika’s steam generators, including the Vapor One and Vapor Duo are equipped with a stainless steel boiler with replaceable stainless steel heating elements, an onboard internal water pump and an automatic water refill system, providing for constant and continuous steam production over 105 degrees Celsius. Time to heat water sufficiently to produce steam is 2-5 minutes, with the entire machine, including all electrical functions and safety features being controlled by an onboard PLC. All models are simple to operate, require very little maintenance and come complete with stainless steel construction, stainless steel boiler with replaceable stainless steel elements, 12' power cord, steam hose with butterfly valve and 1-1/2" TC fitting in addition to a stainless steel barrel wand complete with 1-1/2" TC fitting. The Vapor Duo also includes a hand held wand. Upon request, all steamers can be equipped with a 25 liter water tank.

VAPOR ONE - The Vapor One produces dry, continuous free-flow steam suitable for sanitizing interior surfaces of tanks, barrels, bottling lines, hose, filters, etc....All models complete with stainless steel construction, auto water refill system complete with internal water pump, replaceable heating elements, 12' power cord, 12' steam hose with butterfly valve and 1-1/2" TC fitting and a stainless steel barrel wand complete with 1-1/2" TC fitting.

Sani-Station is a down-sized version of the popular Vapor One steam generator. Equipped with the same features as the Vapor One and Vapor Duo, Sani-Station incorporates the auto feed system for water, stainless steel boiler with stainless steel heating elements, and PLC for safety and control operations.
