Each spool measures 200 mtrs x 3mm wide with a single thin bare wire. These innovative truly degradable spools are available in 1-season and 2-season formats, offering flexibility to suit your specific needs. The ties spools can be worn using the optional quick-change stainless steel belt spool holder (EP spool holder) or the tool belt spool holder and are designed to be used with Pellenc's electric tying tools, ensuring efficient and hassle-free application.
The real adavanatge of the spools are their degradability. Tiny holes in the clear envelope of the tie allow moisture to enter into the internal wire channel of the tie, allowing the fine bare wire to transform into rust while the outer clear envelope breaks down from UV light. The absance of glue allows moisure to make complete contact with the wire.
