Product Description
EcoJet 54.20 ST – 20kW Electric Hot-Water Pressure Washer
The EcoJet 54.20 ST is a 20kW electric hot-water pressure washer engineered for heavy wash-down work where hot water and stainless durability matter. It delivers a 5.5 liter/minute flow rate at 150 bar (≈2,175 psi) and raises water temperature by up to 54°C (97°F) above inlet — producing a hot-water output of roughly 71°C (160°F) under standard conditions.
Built entirely from stainless steel — AISI 304 body and panels, with an AISI 304/316L boiler and heating-element assembly — the 54.20 ST resists corrosion through repeated cycles in winery, food-grade, and industrial wash-down environments. A boiler safety thermostat rated to 90°C (194°F) protects the system, and at just 49 dB at 1 meter (41 dB at 5 meters) it runs far quieter than diesel-fired competitors.
The unit draws from a direct pressurized water supply (no internal reserve tank), accepting inlet temperatures up to 35°C / 95°F (60°C / 140°F on request). It ships complete with a 25' high-pressure hose, spray gun, 90cm lance, one fan-jet nozzle, one twin-head 8.5L nozzle, and a manual hose reel. Compact at 78 × 40 × 63 cm (30.7 × 15.7 × 24.8 in) and 62 kg (137 lb), with a 5 m (16.4 ft) power cord.
Available in 230V 3-phase (60Hz) or 400–480V 3-phase (50–60Hz). Other supplies on request.
A note on operating temperature: Output temperature depends on incoming water temperature — the unit adds up to 54°C (97°F) to whatever enters it. Feeding it warmer inlet water raises peak output, but we don't recommend running close to the 90°C (194°F) safety limit. If the safety thermostat trips, the machine shuts down to cool, interrupting your work, and the cooled tank water then returns at inconsistent temperatures until it recovers. For steady, predictable hot-water output, run it within its standard range rather than chasing maximum temperature.
